Copy-code button

A template button that copies a code, such as a one-time password or coupon, to the customer's clipboard with one tap.

A copy-code button puts a code onto the customer's clipboard when tapped, so they can paste it where it is needed. It is standard on authentication templates for one-time passwords, and Meta also allows a copy-code button for offer codes on marketing templates.

Copying avoids mistakes in long or mixed codes, and makes the login or checkout step faster. On Android, authentication templates can also use one-tap or zero-tap autofill, where the code is passed straight to your app.
