Businesses send the same kinds of messages everywhere: reminders, confirmations, offers and answers to customer questions. Marichi Talks puts those on the channels customers already use, with a shared inbox for conversations, chatbots for routine questions, campaigns for updates, and a developer API for teams that want their own systems to send.
An official Meta Tech Provider
Marichi Solutions is an official Meta Tech Provider. Businesses connect their own number to the WhatsApp Business API through Meta's own sign-up, and their number, business account and verified name stay theirs.
Where our customers are
Our customers are in Zambia, India and Tanzania. The wallet works in ZMW, INR and TZS, top-ups are by mobile money or card, and invoices include tax. SMS is live in Zambia and Tanzania, sent from each business's own approved sender ID.
