Up to three tappable options attached to a WhatsApp message inside the service window, each sending a fixed reply.
Reply buttons are the interactive-message version of quick replies. During an open customer service window, you can send a message with up to three buttons, and the customer taps one to answer. They are part of normal conversations and need no template approval.
They suit short decisions: yes or no, confirm or change, one of three options. Because the reply is exact, a chatbot can follow the right branch without interpreting free text.
Keep labels very short, as WhatsApp limits their length, and make each option clearly different. If you need more than three choices, use a list message instead. Plan what happens if the customer types rather than taps. In Marichi Talks, buttons are a building block in Flow Builder and an option agents can use when replying.
'Would you like us to deliver your order today?' [Yes, deliver] [I'll collect] [Talk to someone]
