An interactive WhatsApp message that opens a menu of options, grouped into sections, for the customer to pick one.
A list message shows a message with a single button. Tapping it opens a menu of options, which can be grouped under section headings, each with a title and a short description. The customer picks one, and their choice comes back to you as a reply.
Lists suit choices with more options than a few buttons can hold: a main menu, a list of branches, product categories, or available time slots. Meta caps how many rows a list can hold (ten in total is the long-standing limit), so very long lists need to be split into steps.
Write row titles that are short and distinct, and use the description line for detail. Put the most common choice first. In Marichi Talks, lists are one of the building blocks in Flow Builder, and the flow can branch on the option chosen.
Message: 'How can we help today?' Button: [View options]. Rows: Track an order / Make a payment / Branch hours / Talk to someone.
