WhatsApp Flows are a Meta feature for forms inside a chat. Tapping a button opens a full screen with fields such as text boxes, dropdowns, date pickers and checkboxes, spread over one or more screens. When the customer submits, the answers come back to the business in a structured format.

Flows are useful when you need several details at once and want them clean: a sign-up, a booking, a survey, a loan pre-application, a delivery address. Asking the same questions one message at a time works, but is slower and invites typing mistakes.
