A Business Solution Provider, or BSP, is the traditional name for a company that helps businesses connect to the WhatsApp Business Platform and use it through their own software. Meta now groups these companies in its partner programme, and you will see terms such as Solution Partner and Tech Provider.
Businesses rarely build on the API alone. A provider supplies the inbox, template management, campaigns, chatbots, billing and support that turn the raw API into something a team can use.
When choosing one, look at what you will actually use day to day: how agents answer chats, how templates and campaigns are managed, how pricing is shown, whether you keep ownership of your number and data, and whether you can reach a real person when something goes wrong.
