SPF, DKIM and DMARC

Three DNS records that prove your business emails really come from you, helping them reach the inbox instead of spam.

SPF lists which servers are allowed to send email for your domain. DKIM adds a digital signature to each message, which receiving servers check against a key published in your DNS. DMARC tells receivers what to do when a message fails those checks, and where to send reports.

Together they protect your domain from being used by impersonators and give mailbox providers a reason to trust your mail. Large mailbox providers increasingly expect all three from businesses that send in volume, and mail without them is more likely to land in spam or be rejected.

Add the records once, through whoever manages your domain's DNS, and check they pass before your first campaign. Start DMARC in a monitoring mode, then tighten it once you are sure all your legitimate senders pass. In Marichi Talks, email is sent from your own domain, with guided DNS records to set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
